Diana was so informative and prepared me for the service I was going to receive that it made me feel so comfortable and confident I had made the right decision to go there. My second visit was earlier this week. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, is friendly and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their job and work environment. The woman treating me (laser hair removal) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She went the extra mile to ensure I knew what equipment was being used, the purpose for any lotions applied, as well as what options I have should I have a bad reaction (I didn't).

The employees are awesome and I only trust Selena to do my face. She's very honest and professional and just a great person. I love her and the shop so much i drive from Jacksonville to get there. Don't hesitate on giving them a try. I have been going for years and I get better looking with each visit.
